Which platforms do you work with?

We’re platform-agnostic: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ManyChat, HubSpot and more. After 15 years, we’ve tested many of the tools on the market. If we haven’t used yours, we’ll tell you, and we can run a pilot together. If it’s a new AI platform, we’ll explore it with you.

Do I need to switch platforms?

No. We work with what you have. If you have nothing, we recommend what fits your goals and budget.

Can you handle customers in other countries and languages?

Yes. We build chat and message flows for international audiences in different languages.

How much does it cost?

Two separate costs. The platform license depends on the tool, and you pay it directly to the platform. Our implementation and operation typically starts at $1,200 [CONFIRMAR: por mes o por proyecto, y moneda], depending on what you already have in place.

Do I need to run ads with you?

No. We can run automation on its own, separate from your ads. That said, we’ve seen our best results when we handle the full 360, ads and automation together.
